Apprenticing to Grief online and in person
If you’re wanting to deepen your relationship with grief, or gain more confidence and skills to hold space for the grief of others, join us for this profound training, led by an experienced Grief Tending team.
Dates for 2026 – online
Online apprenticing will be three weekend modules plus two evenings.
Each weekend starts at 4pm on Friday and ends at 6pm on Sunday, with no more than 2 hours on zoom (Times are for UK)
Weekend: February 13th – 15th, March 6 – 8th, March 27 – 29th
Evening sessions: dates not yet finalised, but one of February 22/23/24 and March 16/17/18 from 18.00 – 20.00
Facilitated by Sarah Pletts, Jeremy Thres and Dita Vizoso with support from Sophy and team
Cost: £600 – £1200 sliding scale. Some bursary places available.

Devon, April 18 – 24th at High Heathercombe
High Heathercombe is in a stunning location high up on Dartmoor in south Devon. We have worked here for many years. The centre is about a half hour taxi ride from the nearest station (Newton Abbot) so for many the
High Heathercombe offers:
Access to footpaths from the centre, and views across tors and valleys.
Flat grassy space to camp, and space in the car park for some campervans.
Dormitories with 2 or 3 sharing.
Meals fully catered from the first evening to the final lunchzo
A cosy group room with wood burning fire
The opportunity to hold sessions and ritual outdoors, weather permitting
